Yyyaaawwwnnnnn.... Oh the wonderful joys of a newborn. It isn't that bad now that the first few weeks have past, but boy was it a hard one for me to re-learn. It's a delicate balance now between feedings, Eve's nap time, wake times, bed times, and somewhere in there they say that I should be sleeping too. I know it will happen.... when they are both in college. For now, I'll take a refill on that coffee please.
Grady is still a doll. He is a good boy and loves spitting up all over the place just like his sister did. Eve loves him and doesn't want him to be sent away quite yet. She is a good helper, and loves when I'm nursing him because she knows she can do just about anything she wants while I just sit there. So I'm perfecting my tones, and looks, and threats :) Really though she is doing so great, and hasn't skipped a beat with her life. I'm very blessed with the both of them.
My dad is visiting and that is SO GREAT! I don't think I'm going to handle things quite as well with him not around. I'm soaking it up while he's here.
1 Month! He's growing like a weed!
