Christmas Extravaganza

Well Christmas is over but the spirit of Jesus' birth is alive and well. We were more than blessed this Christmas Holiday and look forward to the New Year quickly approaching. We celebrated a total of 4 Christmases with John's family on his Mom's side, his Dad's side, our house Christmas morning and then with his brothers and sisters later Christmas day. It was so fun and truly an estravaganza with lots of homemade and heartfelt gifts. John made amazing art work for his sister's and parents that I will later post. They are incredible!
Here are some pics in no particular order from Chirstmas in all homes and periogie making! Of course we didn't get through the time without it's share of drama. The 12 hour flu bug hit each household, causing almost everyone to miss out on something. We are out of the woods now, but that was pretty scary. We seriously were thinking of wearing masks to people's houses, because someone would come down with the bug so fast. I of course got a special dose that can not be shared on this PG blog. ;)

Nonnie's house after opening. I was scared Evelyn was going to get buried.

Evelyn giving cousin Bryn a kiss. So sweet.

Aunt Molly showing off her Periogies.

John and his brothers at our house.

read to her.

It was a very special time, but definitely missing my family. We are looking forward to Christmas next year to be in Arizona or California, Lord willing.

God Bless you all this New Year of 2009! I hope you're thinking about your New Years Resolutions! I know I am! Much Love!
