Tata left, and I am sad. I wish he could've stayed longer, it was SO GREAT having him here. But, I guess I have to take care of my own kids. Shucks. It's not like I don't have an amazing husband/dad to help. We are a good team.
We are doing well, I think, so far. No major melt downs, from me anyway. I am navigating my way through 3 children, and I am praying for extra doses of patience and energy. It's easiest to be hard on Evie and Grady because they are older and "know better". But they really don't. So I guess all moms no matter how many children just prepare as much as we can and take it all in stride when it comes.

They are beautiful! I think every mom has a tendency to expect too much from their kids, but the good ones realize they are doing it and are able to take a step back.
Sounds like (and I know from experience) that you are one of the good ones.
I know you are sad to see Tata go, but I also know another family that is happy to have him back :) Maybe one of these days I can get Tata to come live with me for a bit :)
Glad you cherished the time with your dad.... that first picture shows that both of your boys resemble him ALOT! Glad you are adjusting and having a realistic mindset about "figuring out a new normal". You're doing great!
