Only 25 mins, more my time frame. I have to say, I felt a little silly with the first move, but thankfully we didn't do it long. Then I thought, oh I KNOW I've looked silly doing some T25 moves, right? Um yeah.
It was a good workout, not sweaty at all, but definitely feel like I worked out since my legs were feeling a little jelly like afterward. I'm still sore from yesterday!
No pics today. But thought I'd post our first video we watched at opening session of Summit. It was hilarious. Yeah, this is the CEO of the company, coolest guy ever!
