PiYo!!

Day 1:
I'm glad that I've done P90X3 and was a little familiar with the terminaology. Today was mostly about learning. It was a 40min video of just learning the moves and terminology. Am I sore from it? YES. Why? I don't know!
I definitely stretched, tightened, loosened, and flexed my body if a few new poses so I am getting pretty excited about the workout. There are some pretty cool moves in it and make me feel like I better look like a freakin dancer after this. ;)
