Wow, pretty shocked. I was hoping 3 lbs would be a great number. But, 5 POUNDS, in 3 DAYs! I'm very surprised.
Do some people do this monthly? I guess so. Will I? No. Definitely at least twice a year tho. Would I do it getting ready for a wedding, family vacation, or class reunion? Heck yes!!
Would I do it after eating horrible after far too long? Say weeks, or months? Definitely, it's a great segway into a program. Quick results is what we all want to see, and this is perfect for that.
After years of eating poorly tho, I would probably do the Ultimate Reset, which clears your body out of toxins almost completely and even has been shown to reset your hormones on the right track. I haven't tried it yet, because honestly, I'm scared. 21 Days of no workout doesn't appeal to me either. With this 3 Day Refresh you can still workout.
