Such a better day already and it's not even 7am yet! Getting a good night's sleep (even with a baby in our bed) and getting a great workout in. Speed 3.0 is by far the fastest, most hard pounding workout. I feel ready for the day and I'm getting more exciting for PX3!!
T25 got me into a great mental state. It made both of us driven and focused on the goal of finishing strong and not letting any setbacks be an issue. It did it's job, and for me, got my mind in alignment. I think P90X3 will get my body in alignment. It's stronger for sure, and more defined, but my core is still weak at times, and I wouldn't mind losing that last bit of fat in my belly. No, I'm not trying to be a fitness model. Then "Why" you ask? Because, I am trying to be the best me I can be, not perfect, but better. If I know that I can get there, but I don't, just because I'm standing in my own way, then I'm limiting my potential and how I can be used and reach others to encourage them about their health and fitness, and being the best them they can be. Don't get me wrong, God can still use everyone where they are, but I don't want myself standing in the way for bigger and more blessings to others and myself. Why not be the best You, you can be? The time is now.

I really think that T25, this blog, and your goals/results really progressed your personal training perspective. I think it's amazing how you went from working with 4 clients to now influencing 100's of people even if it's encouraging, discouraging, angering, or unbelievably positive. That happened in 10 weeks. I'm very proud of you and your desire to help others be healthier. Like you said not fitness models, but healthier and happier. Nice job!!!
BTW I look like i'm trying to fly or levitate in that picture....

Lol, oh you weren't trying to fly?
Thanks babe, I think "WE" did it together. That's when we do our best work. :)
