Day 2
Agility X today! Much cooler than yesterday, on the coolness scale. I felt a little like I was back in college doing plyometric jumps. I will say that I know this workout will get me results, but so far is it not very joint friendly. Although I'm not doing much of the modified moves so that is mostly why. Yet, T25 was much nicer on my knees.
Speaking of knees, I iced every inch last night and they are feeling great today. Much more range of motion. If something hurts, ice it!
