1 week down!

Warrior workout today. No equipment necessary and really cool moves. I think Tony has great workout moves, but we do them for a minute straight and then relax for 30 secs, which is fine, we are just not used to stopping movement with Shaun T. I'm really trying to give this a chance. I'm trying to stay positive, but it's DIFFERENT!
We have to remember that we finished up the highest level of T25 and got some killer results. Now, we are starting at the bottom of the PX3 workout and it's about learning the moves and building a foundation.
We are going to stay committed. No matter how much I complain about it, it's going to be good for us.
