Pilates X! What in the world?! Ok I consider myself a little bit in shape and "in the know" with many workouts. Pilates, is Hard. The combination of breathing, flexing, holding, and flexibility is incredible. If John wasn't with me, I think I would've quit. I hate not being good at things, but I love getting better at something. I have a ways to go. So does John, he is much more flexible in his legs and hips, than he used to be, but not his back, yet. Pilates is all about your spine, strengthening and taking care of it. Wow!
Grady came in at the end to finish with us, love him!
