Week 2 Day 5

Yeah, I know, I know.. I've skipped a couple days. I've been in some serious alternate universe where sinuses rule and make you completely useless and worthless to those around you. I give the ultimate kudos to John who decorated, shopped, and planned almost all things with our boys birthday party. Thanks babe, you freaking rock my socks off!
It was a crazy couple of days, but all is well now, and I'm on the road to recovery and hoping it's all up hill from here. John kept up with his workouts and I was able to join him today with CVX which is short for Cardiovascular Extreme (I assume). I did the modified of  the modify version and I'm so ready to get back to working out. I feel gross, soft, and just out of it. I hate being sick, but it definitely could've been worse, so I'm thankful for that.
CVX involves, you and a dumbbell. No mat, no pullup bar and no band. Honestly if you don't even have a dumbbell that's ok too. One of the modifications a girl is using a basketball. I'm all for little to no equipment. Especially when getting back to it.
