Day 4

The Challenge Workout. Wow, so hard. A combination of Pull ups and Push ups the ENTIRE TIME! Whaaaaaaaaaa?
I love the staggered pushups tho, if you notice my hands are not like traditional pushups, although we did those too, and wide grip. Same with the pull ups. I'm modifying because I can't do more than 2 full pull ups (and don't have the assist band), so I do pull downs with the bands. It's easier than pull ups, but still hard. We did wide grip, close, over/under, it was varied and tough. Glad that's over. John has to do it tonight since we did not get up early this morning. Back on morning track tomorrow! Sad to see our friends leave tho, it was a great time!
