Week 2 Day 1

Feeling new, feeling refreshed, feeling ready to take on this workout this week. It's that first week that kills you and has you thinking, "why did I buy this?" But, it's a new week, and new day, freezing out, and it's going to be ok. No matter what!! Come on people let's do this thing!!
