Today was Dynamix Day, mainly a variety of stretches that help loosen up the body and stretch out those sore muscles. Yes we are sore, but mainly just tight. This whole week is transition week and we are honestly just trusting the program right now. We are not having heart pounding workouts that are burning up a ton of calories. No, we are just "recovering/transitioning" for what is to come.
Yesterday was Isometrix, a more intense yoga workout. It was much harder than the past 3 weeks of yoga we've been doing, but pushed us outside of our comfort zone. We did yoga at Fit Club on Sunday so I'm a little "over" stretching and ready to get my sweat on, but that's not what the program is calling for, YET.
