Upper Fix today! Did we do every single rep? Did we crush the abs portion included at the end? Did we keep pace the entire time? Nope, we have a little ways to go. Each exercise is a minute long. That doesn't seem like a long time, it really isn't, but 40 secs in I'm tempted to give up. I would crush a 40 second workout tho!
I've been sticking as closely with the containers as I can. I cut out creamer, desserts and alcohol. I am not gonna lie, yesterday I was starving. With being sick 2 weeks ago and Thanksgiving last week and leftovers over the weekend, I have been accustomed to stuffing my face, taking a bite when I want, and having no control for some time now. So since I wasn't able to do that, it made me a little hangry. I do not do well with being hungry and, quite honestly, feel like I have some low blood sugar issues. I thought I would eat the containers themselves, but I stayed strong, made some hard boiled eggs (those always help my hunger), and drank a ton of water.
Today was much better. Here is a pic of the containers. I get 3 greens, 2 purples, 4 reds, 2 yellows, 1 blue, 1 orange and 2 tsps (the other orange, kinda).
It may not seem like enough food but it is, as long as I spread it out and plan ahead. I had a red leftover which is kinda perfect since Shakeology alone is 1 red.
Here's to more good days!
