A little surprised! Ok, ok, here's the low down.
Pre 3 Day Refresh: Waist 30.5
AFTER: 29.25
I am not liking putting my weight down these days. I don't want anyone to compare themselves to me, like I would do with other people. You are on your own journey and so am I. We are all different and the numbers are important, but what matters MORE is how you feel about yourself and your health. But, for testing purposes only.
Pre 3 Day Refresh: Weight 125
AFTER: 121
Here are my pics, untouched. I usually try to warm them up a bit so I don't look so pale (yes this Mexican gets pale in the Midwest), but not these so they can be as real as possible. I did workout during the Refresh and I've heard that some don't, so I'm sure that helped my cause. I'm very happy with these results! I am sure if I hadn't cheated a little they would be better but really the point of this Refresh was to get my, ever addiction to sugar, under control. I kept having a little here and a little there causing me to bloat and just feel uncomfortable. Not to mention if you're anything like me, when I have a little here or there, I allow other things to creep in my diet as well, like fried food, fast food, this drink, that extra helping. It ALL ADDS UP! Then that little bite of whatever, turns into 300 extra calories in my day. That's 2100 a week! And, since it takes 3500 cals to burn 1 lb of fat it's no wonder why I am not losing weight even while I'm "working out and eating decent". Right?!!
Diet is key!!!!!!
This was just what I needed to finish out the other half of 21 Day Fix. I need to keep up these good habits learned, and I'm happy to do that. Now, to celebrate our anniversary with crab legs tonight!
I can't tell so much here, except for a bit on my back and ribs, my lines are a little more pronounced.
This is a huge difference! I am really shocked and happy to look more firm. I still have loose skin and will always have that. But I love that it's shaping up a bit more. No tricks here, I took the pic at the same spot, at the same time 3 days apart, and put my waste band in the same spot. For reals.
