Lower Fix day. It burns. Yep, it does. Plus, I'm tired, we went to a Cavs game last, my first one ever! A great time, but a late night. Definitely worth it, but we had a bit of a late start.
I noticed I don't sweat like I did with T25, but I do sweat and I'm definitely out of breath. Next week I'm going to push myself with heavier weights, right now I'm only using 5's or 8's. I will definitely go to 10's.
Here are my before pics. John didn't do his, because let's be honest, he's kinda a badass now and has a 6 pack. Men. I, on the other hand, still am working on it and haven't been as disciplined as him.
Here they are, untouched, and no make up. I am back up to my before T25 weight but it's shaped differently, I think, if that makes sense. I'm sure Body Beast had everything to do with that. I should do a side by side of that. I will later.
Let me also add, I'm not at all unhappy with my body. I love it for all that it can do and the 3 kids that it has made. I've just gotten away from some great habits and want the accountability and motivation to get back there, and this how I do that. I've felt very "soft", untone, and just more sluggish than I used to and don't want to feel that way again, and I know Beachbody has helped me do that before when I stick to it. Let's do this!

way to go! Beachbody's programs definately provide the encouragement to keep fit! You can do it! You look amazing and are so strong! You will only get stronger and not only physically stronger but mentally too!
