21 DF: Day 4

Pilates Fix day.. My bottom is SO SORE! I know it's because of those crossover lunges, they are brutal. It's a great "target" exercise for the glutes that you can really feel the next day.

I need Pilates today, it was a less intense but still burned kinda workout. Over half was done on a mat and could easily be a half a**ed kinda day. We really are trying to keep her pace so we can push ourselves to get better. I didn't do every rep again, but we are already feeling stronger than Monday. It was a nice time to slow down a bit tho.

Yesterday I got all my containers in and feel good about it. I want to also add that I had a mild headache most of yesterday and a little of today so far. I think it is coming down to a couple things, one is, I need to drink more water, that is key! Half my body weight in ounces! So today I will be doing that. I also think that my system is working out some of the junk from overeating and it's a little taxing, mainly sugar. I only have one cup of coffee a day (if that), but have started using vanilla almond milk, with a dash of sugar, instead of creamer. Lastly, I think cutting the calories from an out of control range to a normal female who worksout range is definitely doing it. So if you are starting out and feeling these same things, be aware and push thru it. You would rather have some minor issues now to get you to your health goals then continue down a path of out of control eating which will lead you to out of control health guaranteed.

I wanted to share with you one of the recipes. It feels like I'm a rabbit when I'm cooking it, but when I'm eating it it's amazing. It's a great side dish for the family, and am going to be trying it tonight on the kids so I hope they like it.
