21 DF Day 5

Cardio Fix Day!
We got our sweat on and feel really good today. I love doing the skaters moves and just an overall combination of high intensity moves, mixed with lower intensity moves in order to recover.

As far is the containers are going, yesterday was a great day. I will admit, last night before bed (about 10:15) I was starving. I could've eaten my blankets or John's hair, I was just so hungry. I know I could've gotten up and had a little something, but I was too lazy to get out of bed and I just knew I should go to sleep. The best thing about it was waking up to a flat stomach. No bloat, no lumps, just feeling leaner! Love that feeling and, for me, when I eat after dinner or past 8pm I wake up with a big bloated belly. Does anyone else feel that way?

So today was a great workout and I'm excited to be almost 1 week in! I start the 3 Day Refresh on Monday. Our whole team is doing it and I'm very excited about it to see how everyone does. I think it will personally just get me there a little quicker, but since I'm doing well with eating now I'm not sure exactly how much change there will be. We'll find out!
