Day 5 actually has two workouts for the day. However, since we do better with consistency and schedule, we are splitting them up and doing the 2nd one tomorrow. Today was Lower body... We felt the burn!
Abs are sore from yesterday so that makes me feel good. Anticipating really sticking to the T25 diet over the weekend. Everything is easy to make and laid out very well. So we shouldn't have a problem. Hopefully.
This week has felt good. I can say for me personally I think I'm starting to see some small changes already. I look forward to more progress. John's belly is getting smaller, and our sugar cravings are definitely under control, which I guess Shakeology is supposed to help with. I think just the initial bloatedness is gone. Week 1 almost down, 9 to go!
