Week One Done

Today is the final day of week one. We did cardio from Monday and I felt a little stronger. Maybe because it's not 6am it's 2pm. Or I've improved a little.
We had a guest today, GRANDPA!  He wanted to try what we've been doing and he did a great job. This 67 year old did T25 people! He had to modify through about a quarter of the workout, and he was soaked, but we all were. He said it was a "tough workout and beginners stick with Tanya (modified version)". If anyone knows Grandpa he will analyze and reconstruct, and did pick the program apart a little, which of course we are all entitled to our opinions. I'm not trying to force anyone to do what I do, or believe what I believe about this product. I just want to share our journey with others, and feel that this option is the best value for real quality results.

I'm wondering if we should take weekly progress photos, or should I spread them out every few weeks. Thoughts? Have a great weekend!

Grandpa did it?! And Evie?! ok, now I'm ashamed I sat and ate tortilla chips and guacamole... followed by a nap on the couch in the sun. But it felt great! But probably not as great as your workout. ;)

Love that it was a family event!!! I think you should take weekly photos even if you don't post them, it will be encouraging to yourself how your body transforms.
