Friday

It was a pleasantly shocking surprise trying on clothes last night at Target. I love that place. No woman likes trying on clothes. I have broken down and cried on more than one occasion in the dressing room. Then got to an, "I don't care, it's just how I am" reaction (avoidance of the problem). I have grown to appreciate my body for just working for me as I've grown older, but I've never been proud of it. I've never been excited about what it can do and how it's changing. I am now.
We are closing in on 5 weeks down, half way through the program. It started out slow, but has flown by after week 2. Nothing else has worked like this. We are just completely satisfied with all aspects of this journey. Yes, it's been a choice everyday to do it. To eat a little healthier. To cut out the junk/sweets. But the choices got easier and easier to make once we decided to start making them.
I know with the colder months ahead it's so easy to curl up and do nothing. But come Jan 1st, when it's colder, your goals will be the same as last year and you'll be motivated then. Why not tackle this even before Thanksgiving and have a new goal for the New Year?
Maybe it's not this workout, but it's something! If we can do it, people who like fitness, but love enjoying good health, you can too!

I think we need to take videos with our phones... People, I am seriously tapping my shoulder between push-ups! I am also touching my chest to the floor. Dangit! I was so proud of myself this morning for nailing this! Oh well, this video reminds me of Smallville because I move faster than the camera can record. LOL. Disclaimer: T25 will not give you superhuman speed and/or stength. Hahahaha.
