Correction yesterday was Speed 2.0 not Cardio 2.0, and today was Rip't Circuit day. I really loved it! I love working total body, and that we definitely did. We did abs and even introduced Dumbbells/Bands. Very excited about that, it felt good to lift. Does that make me a meat head?
Honestly it's been a hard week. Lot's going on, on the home front with our little girl adjusting to kindergarten, my stupid locked jaw (which, by the way after a chiropractic and massage appointment and $300 down the drain is still not unlocked), John's super busy at work bringing it home to do when kids go to bed, and girl stuff. It kinda sucks. It's hard. It makes me want to crawl in bed and stay there. It makes John frustrated that he can't fix everything, and makes us reach out and cling to God to help us get through tough times. I've noticed that it's the compilation of issues that gets me down. When you're like, "ok God, I wouldn't mind feeling a little relief somewhere in this". That's just the way things are though, we really should expect things to go wrong or things to come up. It's then that we see who we are, what we can handle, and how to pick ourselves up, again. God's proven himself over and over to me that He gets me through all my "things", and I come out ok in the end. Why should this be different? It takes time, patience, endurance.
So we don't feel as fit this week for some reason, but we are still going to plug along no matter how we feel. This weekend is our Stat update and we will get there. Keep pressing on folks, it's the only way to go, don't look back, just keep going.

I gotta say it is SOOOO good to spend 25 mins with my wife every morning. We don't talk much, cuz we're suckin' wind, but we're doing something together, we accomplish something together, we just straight up are in the same room at the same time for once in the day. Sometimes it seems days would go by that we don't have 20 mins to do something together. I'm thankful for this and the time concern isn't that bad 30 mins tops and we're done and getting the day moving.
If you noticed the 10 pounders in my hands, yes that's only 10 pounds. I'm smart enough now not to go crazy on the first day and get some 25's. I want to work up to 20's but we'll see. There's alot going on in T25. Feeling great! 4.5 weeks to go :o)

Looks like the two of you are doing really well...there are always obstacles. You just have to keep wanting it!
I love it too Babe!
Thanks Pretty Knitty for the encouragement. We need it! :)
