Week 6 Done!

Great workout today. Core Cardio and it was stellar! We get to sleep in a little on Saturday and the kids take the photos so it's fun for them too.
It's nice to get that workout out of the way in the mornings and start the rest of our day. I went to work for an hour, John is moving his Grandma into an apartment, I'm watching my nieces and nephew, and then just relaxing with the fam tonight. It's going to be a great day. 
My jaw is still sore, but much better. I'm wearing my night guard as you can see and am anticipating my new mouth piece on Monday!
