I think we are definitely feeling more sore and fatigued this week due to all the festivities. I'm happy to see this week come to an end! I think we are both ready for weigh in and results day this weekend. The suspense is killing me!
If you've fallen off the fitness wagon and it's nowhere in sight, get back on. One bad meal/day will not ruin your health, just the same, one good meal/day will not make you healthy. You can do this, it takes time, and commitment, and we all mess up, but you are better than you were yesterday.
