I wanted to share one of my favorite lunch recipes from T25, I eat it at least 3x a week.
Avocado Veggie Burger
1 veggie burger patty (I get Morning Star patties from Target)
1 whole grain hamburger bun (I use sandwich thins)
1/8 medium ripe avocado
1 Tbsp prepared salsa
1 apple
Microwave or grill up your patty as directed. Smash the avocado and salsa together. Put on patty and bun and enjoy! Yum! I have it with a small piece of fruit, like apple.
