This workout has a double workout on Friday's, but John and I have always split them up so we can workout 6 days a week to keep consistency. Today we actually did the double session because I'm going out of town today (Speed 2.0 and Upper Focus). Wow. That was incredibly hard, but felt great to do it. We were soaked and a little weak afterward, but feel great now.
I'm heading to Indiana in a sudden change of plans to visit cousins who happen to be there from LA! Can you believe it? I am so excited! I haven't seen them in almost 3 years and it is a detour well worth the short stay. Then I'm off to Chicago! I'm bursting out of my skin and kinda can't see straight through the lists in my mind and getting all that needs to be done around here done. Oh yea, I should pack too. Make it a great weekend!

WOW! I was sweating like a work horse on an August afternoon. NAILED upper focus, struggled through Speed 2.0. It is SO great having someone to do this with. If you're thinking about T25, get the hubby or wifey on board. You're gonna be annoyed with each other at first but 10 weeks later you will be thanking each other.
I often reference mowing the lawn as one of my most enjoyable chores because it doesn't take too long. When i'm done it looks great and I feel like I accomplished something that day.
T25 is similar for me because it only takes 25 mins of my day and I feel so much better. Even the little confidence that you get from finishing something to start the day. On top of the daily advantage it's only 10 weeks out of 52 in a year. I can check off "get in shape" from my 2013 New Years resolutions.
