Listen people, I know that this isn't talked about much, but I'm going to talk about it. Haters. You know the term, "Haters gonna hate" and when you start a fitness routine and get results from it, some people may turn on you. I'm not sure why. They may even try and sabotage you. I don't even think they realize they are honestly. They still love you, but it's hard sometimes to see others succeed. Like when someone buys a new house. I'm so happy for them, but a little sad for myself because we've been looking forever, but it's not our time.
It's just human nature to be a little envious. Call it our "fallen-ness". Don't let it stop you. You will hear, "Can't you just have a little __",
or "What's going to happen when this is over?" Or, "you're looking emaciated" (yeah, not nice). It's not you, it's them. Take it with a grain of salt that you are doing something that not many can do or have done. Rise above and be the best YOU, you can be. Answer with a simple, No thanks, or I don't know about what comes next, but right now, I feel amazing, and strong, and better than ever. I'll tackle that other stuff as it comes. This process will change you. It will change you're thinking, your choices, your words even. It is all in one package and it works. Make it a great week!

Ok, confession time.... About 5 years ago that was me. I won't say who I hated on but it was about P90x and Insanity and Shakeology and Beachbody Coaches. I admit it was bad. Always had something negative to say, "well of course if you workout everyday you'll get into shape", "I can buy a protein shake at Walmart for $10, why would I ever buy Shakeology? It's the same thing."
I don't know why we have these feelings, inner jealousy? IDK! But it was there. I was somehow bothered by their fitness and health when I needed to have some humble pie and ask... "So what's this stuff all about? It looks like it works".
I love what we've accomplished in 8 weeks, but for real I am so happy that I am HEALTHIER than I was 8 weeks ago or for that matter 5 years ago. I had to get off my high horse and get off my ass to do this. It was worth it!
Now's the hard part... Maintaining this lifestyle. Life Goal :o)
Awesome... you're totally right. we were both there.
